Beechwood West is a private, incorporated community located in the heart of Smith Mountain Lake. It is nestled along the shores of Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, Virginia.
At the present time, our HOA does not have a Community Representative on staff. Thank you for your patience as the Board of Directors considers the need to hire a new Community Representative. For general concerns or inquiries, please send an email to: [email protected].

Beechwood West is a growing community of residents who appreciate their surroundings and are bound together with love of Smith Mountain Lake.
